Every Wednesday there is a Tai-chi class run by a qualified instructor, Norman, he is the father of one of our members. This is at the same place, St John’s the Baptist. 11.00am – 1.00pm. This can be done however you feel comfortable – standing, sitting etc. Please see Karen to pass on your details.
