Christmas social, a good chance to have some fun and laughter and to get in the Christmas spirit. We will also be holding be raffle and providing some nibbles and refreshments.

About the event
Our group is run by a committee of volunteers, who all have fibromyalgia themselves and other health conditions.
We try to make the meetings as informal as possible with plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, friendly chat and laughter, after all laughter is the best medicine!
Our meetings are made up of speakers eg pharmacist and physios, as well as information on benefits and less formal activities such as bingo or just having a good old moan.
